Final staffing and patrol requirements follow the local fire code official's directions and the approved site plan. Continuous coverage uses scheduled shifts and relief personnel.

Fire Watch Pricing

All rates are per guard, per hour.

Standard scheduled coverage... $45/hour

Overnight or weekend coverage... $50/hour

Same-day emergency dispatch... $65/hour

Holiday or demanding hot-work coverage... $65–$75/hour

Approved extended contracts... $35–$50/hour

Four-hour minimum per guard, per deployment.

For example, four hours of standard scheduled coverage for one guard is $180.

Services are subject to availability, site assessment, and a signed service agreement. Rates do not stack; your signed quote identifies the applicable rate. Extended-contract rates require written approval. Travel, lodging, special equipment, and applicable taxes are itemized in advance.

The first four hours are prepaid before deployment. Remaining service is invoiced weekly and due within 15 calendar days. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur the four-hour minimum per scheduled guard for the next affected shift, without duplicate billing for that shift. No additional overtime surcharge applies unless agreed in writing.
