Ms. Decembre Pierce is a dynamic force of resilience and empowerment, originally from Washington, D.C., and now making her mark in Georgia and in North Carolina. As a devoted mother of
five, three biological children and two beloved God-placed life-given children, and a grandmother to seven, Ms. Pierce has built her life on a foundation of family, faith, and fierce dedication to community transformation.
Later in life, Ms. Pierce’s began her collegiate journey at Chowan University in Murfreesboro, NC, where she obtained her BS in Criminal Law, which led her to North Carolina Central University, where she earned a Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice.
Her studies in Criminal Justice, led to a career as a paralegal in Durham, NC. As a paralegal, she saw the youth of Durham County consistently weaving in and out of the system. Driven by a commitment to uplift at-risk youth, she eventually founded the LOVE Center Youth Mentoring Center in 2007. Under her leadership, the Center became a beacon of hope for troubled youth in Durham, until it ultimately closed due to funding limitations. Recognized as a transformative leader, Ms. Pierce received multiple honors, including Community Leader of the Year, the Durham Grit Award, and the Queen of the City Award, and mentored countless others in guiding young people toward brighter futures.
After the closing of the LOVE Center, Ms. Pierce and her family relocated to Georgia, where she launched herself into the entertainment industry as an actress, model, and entrepreneur. She founded Dce3productions & Management, specializing in music management and production, and built a portfolio of successful ventures, including SEXY Hi Swimwear & Lingerie, Boss Lady Lashes, and event planning services. In December 2020, Ms. Pierce endured an unimaginable tragedy with the loss of her son, Parrish Pierce Jr., whose life was taken in a violent incident, betrayed by a close friend, after a history of resilience through trauma. This profound loss further strengthened her resolve to advocate against kidnapping, trafficking, and gang violence and to raise awareness for young males impacted by trauma. She partnered with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as an Independent Consultant, to share her and her son's story, in hopes to help educate other organizations and families to highlight the deep-rooted correlations between early childhood trauma, gang affiliation, and cycles of violence, aiming to break generational patterns through education, awareness, and preventative outreach.
Because Ms. Pierce has an extensive background in criminal justice and leadership, Ms. Pierce joined Culpepper and Associates
Security Services in Atlanta, Georgia in 2021, where she became the first female Captain, overseeing security for major federal facilities. Building on that extensive experience, she eventually resigned from Culpepper and established her own firm, Protecting HIS Security Service (PHSS), in 2022, which initially served churches in Georgia,
providing security training and protection for leadership. PHSS has since grown to serve individuals, companies, businesses, and events within Georgia and North Carolina, with its services expanding to armored cars and courier services within the state of North Carolina in 2025.
